Kevin
Kevin has been working on cars since 1998, specializing in Toyota and Mazda vehicles, but he enjoys working on just about everything Asian, European, American, and everything in between. For Kevin, the joy of automotive work lies in the puzzles, the process, and the challenge of finding the best solutions while working efficiently.
His journey into the industry began when he helped a friend repair a Mustang. From there, he got his first job in a shop—starting out by mopping the floors and worked his way up through dedication and determination.
Outside the shop, Kevin enjoys exercising, swimming, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter. Guided by his core values of honesty, kindness, and being authentically himself, Kevin also has a deep love for the earth. He finds peace, beauty, and a sense of belonging in nature, which inspires the way he lives and works every day.
Rick
With 44 years of experience, Rick’s love for classic cars and VW air-cooled vehicles runs deep. His passion lies in optimizing performance, and he thrives on the challenge of making cars run at their absolute best. His journey in the automotive industry began with his love for cars, and he quickly found his calling in the shop.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, tearing through the sand dunes on sand rails and quads, and relaxing with his beloved pups, Lola and Bella. Guided by his core values of family, living stress-free, and always giving his best effort, Rick believes that this company truly stands out for its care and commitment to employees, always putting them first.
Steve
Steve brings more than 36 years of automotive experience to the team, specializing in German and European imports. His passion for automotive engineering and the challenge of understanding how vehicles work has driven his career and continues to motivate him every day.
Steve’s journey into the automotive industry began in high school auto shop, where he discovered both a talent for working on vehicles and the practical need to maintain and repair his own. That early interest developed into a lifelong profession built on technical skill, curiosity, and dedication.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys fishing, restoring old motorcycles, and spending time with his family. He believes strongly in keeping his word, treating others with respect, and always being honest—values that guide both his personal life and the way he serves customers.
In addition to his automotive career, Steve is a U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Ranger (CV-61), a Forrestal-class aircraft carrier.
With decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to integrity, Steve takes pride in helping customers keep their vehicles running safely and reliably.
Alyssa
Alyssa brings energy, precision, and determination to the automotive industry. She loves the fast pace, the problem-solving, and the constant demand for skill knowing that every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to grow.
She began her career by taking a job that quickly turned into a passion. Since then, she has continued to expand her abilities and make a meaningful impact in every shop she works in.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys fishing, sports, camping, and hiking. She lives by the values of honesty, hard work, and having fun because a balanced life is a fulfilling one. Though she didn’t have anything additional to add, her dedication and work speak louder than words.
Ryan
Ryan brings over 25 years of automotive industry experience, including extensive background in dealer specific management and team training. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for helping teams grow, improving processes, and creating an environment where both employees and customers feel supported.
Ryan’s experience working in dealership environments has given him valuable insight into leadership, operations, and delivering high quality automotive service. He enjoys mentoring others and helping teams reach their full potential while ensuring customers receive the best care possible.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, driving and working on his Corvette, and taking on projects around the house. He also enjoys relaxing and having fun playing with his pups.
Ryan’s experience, leadership, and passion for the automotive industry make him a valuable part of the team.
Nicole
Nicole has spent more than 9 years in the automotive industry, where she has developed a strong passion for helping people and building great teams. She plays a key role in creating engaging events, supporting customers, and training team members to grow and perform at their best. Nicole believes that when people are supported and empowered, they can accomplish amazing things.
Outside of work, Nicole is a devoted mother who loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, whether it’s a quick local getaway or an adventure far from home.
Her passion for people, community, and growth helps make the entire team stronger.
