Car Care Use & Truck & SUV Use
Our Annual Commitment
The Care membership is a minimum 12-month commitment and is billed automatically monthly. Our Memberships automatically renew on the anniversary of the membership sign-up. We allow one vehicle per membership but have transfer options.
A Care membership is linked to an individual vehicle. Customers can establish as many memberships as they choose with each membership exclusive to an individual vehicle.
Transfers between vehicles are allowed with proof of sale or loss. We reserve the right to limit transfers to one vehicle transfer per annual billing period. Unfortunately, if a vehicle is totaled or sold, we cannot change the original terms agreed upon at the time of vehicle Care membership registration. But please contact us about options.
What If You Want To Cancel Early?
You can cancel your membership at any time, we simply ask that you pay the difference between the membership discounts received and the amount paid in membership dues. You could also Transfer it or complete the 12 month term.
Examples: If $70 in membership dues have been collected but $100 in services have been discounted under the membership plan, the cost to cancel early is $30. Another Example would be If $85 in dues have been collected and $75 in services have been discounted, there would be no cost to cancel early.
Abuse Of Wise Care Membership
Any abuse of the wise care membership, as determined by the facility, will result in cancellation of membership. The Vehicle Care membership is not available for commercial use vehicles, such as Lyft, ridesharing, meal delivery, or other business use; using the Truck+SUV Care membership for a commercial-use vehicle is considered abuse of the membership. For commercial use vehicles, please see our other care options. Non-payment would also be considered abuse of a membership plan. Accounts older than 45 days may be closed at our discretion, and if a balance is due, the account also may be eligible for collections. Transferring to a vehicle not owned by your household is considered abuse of membership.
Exclusions
Due to their design and higher parts and labor cost, certain vehicle makes require higher shop labor rates for oil changes and other basic maintenance. Exclusions to any Care program include Land Rovers, high-performance makes like Massarati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Jaguar, and vehicles with heavy modifications.
Heavy duty vehicles like Ford 450 and Chevy 4500 and bove are excluded in the car/truck/suv care membership. The Wise Fleet Care program requires a minimum of 3 vehicles.
Membership Offered for 1996 And Newer Vehicles
Wise Care memberships are not designed for vehicles without an OBD-II Port. In general, this applies to all vehicles older than 1996.
Wise Care Services
We welcome you to come in for your vehicle’s first visit as soon as you wish once your membership is active. The Wise Care membership is available to all active members and covers all basic maintenance outlined for personal-use vehicles.
Essential Maintenance: What To Expect
All essential maintenance services are performed at Facility’s discretion and are based on manufacturer specifications and backed by our honesty & good judgment. Our Customers agree we do not perform or recommend unnecessary maintenance or repairs.

*Specialty Wipers
Most windshield wipers are covered in the Wise Care membership (limited @ $30 value).
**Specialty bulbs
Most exterior light bulbs are covered in the Wise Care membership (limited @ $30 value). However vehicles that require specialty bulbs or extra labor require additional cost at time of replacement.
Preliminary Diagnostics/Testing
While advanced diagnostics lasting longer than 15 minutes are not covered under the Wise Care membership, a preliminary 15-minute or less diagnostic is included in the Wise Care membership. Advanced diagnostics require additional payment at time of service(diagnostics lasting longer than 15-minutes).
Loaner Vehicles
We make every effort to provide a “loaner” vehicle at the time of drop-off with eligible repair / service, the availability of a “loaner” vehicle cannot be guaranteed at a specific time or location. Thank you for understanding.
